At Pure Beauty we only use the quickest and best Premium Delivery options when sending you your Skin Care products to United Kingdom. We do not to use the cheaper options because we want you to receive your parcel as soon as possible.

Collect your order from our Salon in Lichfield, we'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery Time Scales

Royal Mail state that Royal Mail Tracked 48 items will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery days are counted as Monday to Saturday inclusive. Certain postcode areas will receive a three day service. Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of two days for over 94% of postcodes. Parcels may be left with a neighbour if no-one is available at a customer's address. A signature will be required. This is a Fully Tracked Service.

Please Note

Royal Mail do not class parcels as being lost until 10 working days have passed. For the purposes of Royal Mail Tracked 48 working days are Monday to Friday. If your order has still not arrived after this point we will re-send your entire order Free of Charge.

All of the expected delivery times shown are from the time the items leave our depot. You will receive an automated email when the items are shipped and it is from the day after that the delivery times must be calculated.
