Hi there, Having now placed and received two orders from your company, I have to say that this is one of the most efficient online services I have experienced. I buy quite a lot of different things online - books, CDs, some clothes, wine, and specialist skin products (as a psoriasis sufferer) - and many of the companies are very good. Undoubtedly Pure-Beauty is up there with the best. The website is clear with a quick response. Ordering is easy. Pricing is competitive and inclusive of delivery + simple loyalty reward scheme. Fulfilment is incredibly fast - my last order was processed within hours of ordering and arrived the following morning. Emails keep you informed throughout the process. By contrast, another site I tried for the first time recently stated that the items ordered were in stock and charged my credit card immediately. There were no emails after the initial confirmation and the "My account" section of their website just said the order was being processed.for two weeks. When I queried this, they said that it was because one of the items was out of stock after all and they might have to part ship - although in fact the whole order then arrived a couple of days later, again with no emails confirming shipment or anything. So Pure-Beauty may make it look easy; but they are outperforming many larger companies. Keep up the good work.
