Just a quick email to say how pleased have been with your service for a while now. My skin has always been a problem, adult acne on top of the most sensitive skin in the universe! I've been on medication for years but last year my GP took me off this and my skin went wild. I tried all sorts of expensive high st products but it just seemed to get worse. A beauty therapist I work with recommended your products and I've been hooked ever since. My skin is amazing and as your info on each product on your site is so well written I've been able to choose correctly for my skin and make little adjustments to my routine. I recently ran out of products on a business trip and had to purchase from the high street - how expensive??? Never again. Hi, I'd like to let you know how much I appreciate such excellent service from your wonderful company! Every time I've placed an order I've always received it promptly the next day - always reliable. I'm so pleased with the products but being able to choose samples each time is a great advantage - they're really handy for weekends away! I tried another company once that was a little cheaper but the service wasn't nearly as good with poor delivery times so I will never use anyone other than Pure Beauty again. So thank you. As in - do better than customer's expectations - you have (exceptional). Because: (1) not only have I received my single article the following day(!), it was beautifully boxed - I wish the box could be returned for use in future, but it will be recycled; (2) and someone in the Despatch department has taken the trouble to look at what I've ordered (Barrier Repair) and put in some samples suitable for my skin type ie Ultra Calming or similar...Your website is easy to use for someone who is a typist and not a computer wonderkid............All in all, then, Thank You!
