Hi I have just received my order 433015 and I got in touch with you asking if possible I could have 2 of the trial size ultra calming cleanser as i was only able to add 1. I did add an active toner. .I received a reply and you very kindly said you would send another of the ultra calming cleansers, I was not expecting the toner aswell, I meant to change the toner for a cleanser but when i just opened my order you had sent me the 3 trial sizes and i just wanted to thank you. I really appreciated that. I was the person who sent the email about seeing another salon website selling dermalogica slightly cheaper. Any way like i said in the letter this is the reason why i still chose to ordrr my dermalogica products from you because of your excellent and very helpful customer service and I know i can always trust your site when ordering so thank you again and sorry for the rambling message.
