Excellent gentle cream/gel cleanser. I have very sensitive skin and this does what it says, calms and cleanses. I’ve used this product for around ten years now and have never found another cleaner I prefer better

I love this - I can use it whilst in the shower, or when I wash at night, or even jut with a cotton wool pad to remove it. It leaves my skin feeling really clean and smooth.
This is so easy to use. I always use it after wetting my face. Spread it on & then rinse it off with damp face sponges. It’s lovely

I have always used this and loved it, however I think the formula has been changed as it no longer removes my makeup as it did before. I realise it has never been marketed as a "makeup remover" but it always did the job before, even with mascara, and now it doesn't. Still a good overall and gentle cleanser, but not as effective as previously.
I've been using the ultra calming cleanser for over 10 years, I cant wash may face with anything else. skin feels clean and soft without feeling tight and red hot.
