Love this product arrived quickly the only cleanser for me gentle enough for my sensitive skin .service always first class from pure beauty have been using this company for a good few years now have always been delighted first port of call for all of my dermalogica products

I have always used this and loved it, however I think the formula has been changed as it no longer removes my makeup as it did before. I realise it has never been marketed as a "makeup remover" but it always did the job before, even with mascara, and now it doesn't. Still a good overall and gentle cleanser, but not as effective as previously.

I've been using the ultra calming cleanser for over 10 years, I cant wash may face with anything else. skin feels clean and soft without feeling tight and red hot.

This is my absolute favourite cleanser. Non drying and suitable for use around the eyes. Have used it for many years. I do very occasionally try others but always return to this.
